Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $30. For orders under $30, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed and shipped from our international warehouse, standard delivery typically takes 10–18 business days, depending on your destination. Tracking numbers will be provided via email as soon as they become available.

Remote Areas Exclusion: Please note that Free Shipping DOES NOT apply to remote areas, military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO), or isolated islands.

Additional Charges: If your delivery address is identified as a remote area by our international shipping carriers, our customer service or your live host will contact you before shipment. You may need to pay an additional remote area shipping fee or provide an alternative shipping address.
